No exceptions are made, as the general terms and conditions were accepted when making the purchase.

Returns

Returns without prior request and authorization will not be accepted. In that case, it will not be possible to request a refund .  
 

Order cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After this time, cancellations will no longer be possible, as the system processes them automatically.

Term

You can return the product within 30 days of receipt. After this period, returns and exchanges are not accepted .  
 

Conditions

• The product must be in its original condition , unused and with the original packaging .  
• For products where hygiene is important, they must be returned completely clean . 

Return process

Send an email to hello@clarapieces.com with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photo of the product (if it is damaged)
• Your contact details

📦 Return address : Returns sent to other addresses are not accepted. Returns without prior notice will not be valid . 

 

Costs and risk of return

Returns are at the customer's expense and risk . The company is not responsible for packages lost or held in customs. 
  

Shipment tracking

Returns must be made with a tracking number , which you will receive from us. Without a tracking number, the package cannot be tracked or its receipt confirmed. In that case, no refund will be issued . 
  
 

Refund

• Once the return has been received and reviewed, you will receive an email confirming or rejecting the refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within up to 30 days , using the same payment method used for the purchase. 

Late or unreceived refunds

• If you haven't received your refund after 30 days, check your account.
• If you still haven't received it, please write to us at hello@clarapieces.com

Exceptions

• Defective product : If you have received a defective product, we will send you a new one free of charge.
• Order cancellation : it is not possible to cancel orders once they have been completed, as the system processes them automatically.
